Senior AI Scientist – Agentic AI Systems

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b><div>- Design and develop advanced AI and agentic system architectures (multi-agent systems, tool-calling agents, workflow orchestration, RAG pipelines).</div><div>- Translate business requirements into AI solution designs, including data strategy, model strategy, and evaluation plans.</div><div>- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives: from problem framing and experimentation to MVP, pilot, and production deployment.</div><div>- Build and evaluate large language model (LLM)-based solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).</div><div>- Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and engineers to integrate agentic AI into existing products and platforms.</div><div>- Define and implement KPIs and evaluation frameworks for AI systems (quality, robustness, latency, cost).</div><div>- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, privacy, and compliance (including alignment with relevant ISO and AI governance standards).</div><div>- Mentor junior data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers, and contribute to AI best practices and internal knowledge sharing.</div><div><br></div><div>Interested candidates are invited to apply and join our growing team.
