Power Platform and Sharepoint Developer

<div>We are seeking a skilled Power Platform &amp; SharePoint Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of various digital forms and workflows using Power Apps, SharePoint, and related technologies. The candidate will be responsible for creating multiple automated request forms and approval processes, ensuring seamless user experience, and coordinating across environments from development to production.</div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><div>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design intuitive UX for Power Apps (e.g., Home Screen, UX design).</div><div>Develop and implement SharePoint lists and custom forms for multiple request types, including:</div><div>Leaver Request</div><div>Software Request</div><div>New Shared Network Folder</div><div>Retrieval Request</div><div>Filing Request</div><div>IC Air Ticket Request</div><div>Build and configure approval workflows and view pages for each request form.</div><div>Integrate Power Apps and SharePoint with approval processes and notifications.</div><div>Conduct comprehensive testing phases including:</div><div>Form-level testing</div><div>Workflow validation</div><div>User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</div><div>Coordinate with infrastructure teams for environment setup and architecture discussions.</div><div>Prepare and deploy solutions across development, UAT, and production environments.</div><div>Draft technical documentation and implement feedback from UAT sessions.</div><div>Deploy reminders and notifications (e.g., task reminder emails).</div><div>Manage integration and deployment with third-party tools such as DocuSign and Mersal.</div><div>Ensure production readiness by executing production deployment testing.</div><div>Required Skills:</div><div>Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</div><div>Strong experience in SharePoint Online list and form customization</div><div>Workflow development and business process automation</div><div>UX/UI design principles for form development</div><div>Experience in testing and deployment lifecycle (UAT, production)</div><div>Familiarity with integration tools like DocuSign</div><div>Excellent communication and documentation skills</div><div>Preferred Qualifications:</div><div>Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or equivalent</div><div>Experience with enterprise-level form development and approval workflows</div><div>Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams and business users.</div><div><br></div><div>Contact Info:</div><div>+961 76 470 605</div>
