<div>Rebuild:Ex is an early-stage startup and a UK-registered digital health company building a mobile app that helps people struggling with exercise addiction within the context of eating disorders. Compulsive exercise is a serious yet often overlooked issue, where individuals feel compelled to exercise in unhealthy or excessive ways. Our app offers specialist support and tools to aid recovery and promote long-term well-being.
