<div>Department: Digital Media</div><div><br></div><div>Reporting Line: Head of Digital Media</div><div><br></div><div>Role Purpose</div><div>The React Native Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality</div><div>mobile applications for MTV Lebanon. This role requires expertise in React Native and a strong</div><div>understanding of mobile application development principles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with</div><div>cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly and feature-rich mobile experiences that align with MTV</div><div>Lebanon’s digital strategy.</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div>- Develop and maintain robust, high-performance mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and</div><div>Android platforms.</div><div>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.</div><div>- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and</div><div>functionality.</div><div>- Debug and resolve issues, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.</div><div>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues in a timely manner.</div><div>- Implement interactive features and ensure applications are optimized for speed and scalability across</div><div>devices.</div><div>- Manage app releases, including deployment processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.</div><div>- Stay updated on React Native trends, tools, and best practices to keep MTV’s mobile applications</div><div>competitive and innovative.</div><div>- Test applications thoroughly to ensure flawless functionality and performance.</div><div><br></div><div>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.</div><div><br></div><div>Experience:</div><div>- 1-2 years of professional experience with React Native development.</div><div>- Experience with end-to-end app development, including deployment and maintenance.</div><div><br></div><div>Technical Skills:</div><div>- Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Redux for state management.</div><div>- Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, including REST API integration.</div><div>- Experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.</div><div>- Familiarity with native development frameworks (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) is a</div><div>plus.</div><div>- Knowledge of testing tools like Jest, Detox, or Appium.</div><div>- Understanding of design principles and user experience for mobile applications</div><div><br></div><div>Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.</div><div><br></div><div>Competencies:</div><div>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and optimize mobile applications.</div><div>- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork with designers and</div><div>developers.</div><div>- Attention to detail to deliver polished, high-quality applications.</div><div>- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</div><div>- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to emerging mobile development trends.</div><div><br></div><div>Send your CVs to <a href="mailto:jonathan.isshak@studiovision.com"><u>jonathan.isshak@studiovision.com</u></a></div>
