From internal systems to full client-facing AI solutions, you’ll play a key role in turning repetitive workflows into scalable, intelligent products.</div><div><br></div><div>What You’ll Do</div><div>- Design and build AI-driven workflows and web tools for marketing, sales, and operations</div><div>- Develop custom integrations with APIs and databases (Supabase, etc.)</div><div>- Use OpenAI (GPT-4o, Assistants API) to create smart agents, chatbots, and internal tools</div><div>- Set up and manage automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, and ManyChat</div><div>- Collaborate with our CEO and team to identify and prioritize high-ROI AI systems</div><div>- Contribute to productized AI offerings (e.g., lead-gen bots, AI sales assistants, automation dashboards)</div><div>- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to boost speed, stability, and scalability</div><div><br></div><div>What We’re Looking For</div><div>- 2+ years in full-stack, backend, or automation engineering (or equivalent projects)</div><div>- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)</div><div>- Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and basic JavaScript or Python</div><div>- Strong grasp of OpenAI tools (prompt design, agents, function calling)</div><div>- Familiarity with Supabase, Google Workspace, and SQL is a big plus</div><div>- You take initiative, solve problems independently, and think like a builder</div><div>- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex systems simply</div><div><br></div><div>Bonus Points</div><div>- Experience building custom GPT agents, web apps, or AI-native tools</div><div>- Familiarity with project management and content automation in agencies</div><div>- Startup or agency background where you wore multiple hats</div><div><br></div><div>Why Join Us</div><div>- Be part of a small, mighty team pushing the edge of AI in digital marketing</div><div>- Work on real systems that go live fast — not endless prototypes</div><div>- Help define how AI is deployed across multiple industries</div><div>- No red tape.
