AI Guardians develops intelligent residential security systems that combine face recognition hardware, license plate extraction, and access management for compounds, resorts, and gated communities. Our ecosystem includes on-site devices, backend AI services, and web interfaces used by both customers and AI Guardians’ administrative team.<div><br><div>We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend, frontend, and computer vision fundamentals. You will work on real-time image/video pipelines, API services, communication protocols, and customer-facing dashboards.</div><div><br></div><div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div><div>• Develop backend services in Python (Flask) for face recognition, car plate extraction, and AI modules.</div><div>• Build and maintain REST APIs and ZMQ-based client-server communication. • Implement real-time communication using WebSockets (required).</div><div>• Develop and maintain the external customer Web App used by compounds, resorts, and other clients.</div><div>• Handle real-time video pipelines, RTSP camera streams (GStreamer optional), and frame-level processing.</div><div>• Work with OpenCV and machine learning/computer vision components. </div><div>•Manage file storage systems for images, logs, embeddings, and metadata.</div><div>• Build frontend dashboards and internal tools using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).</div><div>• Integrate CV/AI models and pipelines as needed (InsightFace and YOLO experience is a plus).</div><div>• Collaborate on deployment, testing, and monitoring of customer systems.</div></div><div>• Document code, maintain version control (Git), and ensure clean and scalable development.</div><div><b><br></b></div><div><div><b>Required Skills</b></div><div>Backend</div><div>• Python</div><div>• Flask or FastAPI</div><div>• REST API design, JSON</div><div>• ZMQ messaging</div><div>• WebSockets / real-time communication (required)</div><div>• File storage management: images, logs, embeddings(required) Computer Vision / AI</div><div>• Strong OpenCV experience</div><div>• Experience with machine learning or computer vision models</div><div>• Real-time video processing</div><div>• Understanding of GPU vs CPU workloads and CUDAbasics</div><div>• InsightFace and YOLO experience is a plus</div><div><br></div><div>Frontend</div><div>• HTML, CSS, JavaScript</div><div>• Typescript is a strong plus</div><div>• Ability to build clean and functional dashboards and customer interfaces Hardware / Streaming</div><div>• RTSP handling (GStreamer or similar is a plus)</div><div>• Camera integration and frame extraction</div><div>• LiDAR software integration is a plus</div></div><div><div><br></div><div>General Engineering Skills</div><div>• Git</div><div>• Debugging distributed and real-time systems</div><div>• Understanding of multi-environment setups (development, staging, production)</div></div><div><br></div><div><div><b>Bonus Skills</b></div><div>• PHP experience (big plus for admin system integration)</div><div>• Experience developing online web applications</div><div>• Familiarity with Linux-based deployment</div><div>• Familiarity with deployment on shared hosting (GoDaddy, HostMonster, etc.)</div></div><div><br></div><div>Interested candidates are invited to send their resume to hasan@develeb.org</div></div>
