<b>Hours:</b><div>Flexible, however core working hours are 10:00 – 18:30 GMT, you should ensure part of your day is during these hours to coordinate with the various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving technical excellence. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div>■ Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.</div><div>■ Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.</div><div>■ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to deliver robust and scalable software products.</div><div>■ Work closely with the Product Owner to understand product requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals.</div><div>■ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.</div><div>■ Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.</div><div>■ Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.</div><div>■ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into the development process where appropriate.</div><div>■ Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and open communication.</div><div>■ Actively participate in software development activities, including coding, debugging, and testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.</div><div>■ Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical direction of the software projects.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Must haves:</b></div><div>■ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</div><div>■ Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, .Net, and strong database skills using SQL Server 2016, 2019.</div><div>■ Familiarity with AI tools.</div><div>■ Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a track record of successfully managing development teams.</div><div>■ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.</div><div>■ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.</div><div>■ Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project etc.</div><div><br></div><div><div><b>Apply:</b></div><div>Please send your resume to join@digico.me with the subject “Software Development</div><div>Team Lead - DSV052507”</div></div>
