<div>🛠 We’re Hiring – Hybrid IT Support Specialist (24/7 On-Call)</div><div><br></div><div>Looking for a Hybrid IT Support Specialist to provide 24/7 on-call support for Field Service operations and assist with internal IT support during scheduled hours.</div><div><br></div><div>📍 On-site – Mansourieh</div><div>🕒 Full-time</div><div>⏰ 24/7 On-Call Availability Required</div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><div>* Provide 24/7 on-call support for Field Service teams</div><div>* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely</div><div>* Document issues, actions taken &amp; resolutions</div><div>* Provide L1/L2 IT support for internal users</div><div>* Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)</div><div>* Assist with onboarding/offboarding &amp; device setup</div><div>* Maintain tickets and follow SLAs</div><div><br></div><div>Requirements:</div><div>* Degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field</div><div>* Strong Windows troubleshooting skills</div><div>* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 &amp; basic user administration</div><div>* Basic Linux knowledge (Fedora preferred)</div><div>* Experience with ticketing systems</div><div>* Strong communication skills</div><div>* Willingness to work nights, weekends &amp; holidays when required</div><div><br></div><div>Nice to Have:</div><div>* Experience with Intune / MDM</div><div>* Basic scripting (PowerShell or Bash)</div><div>* Experience supporting field operations</div><div><br></div><div>📩 Send your CV via WhatsApp to +961 81 649 625</div>
