<div>Senior Full Stack Developer</div><div>Internal Business Platforms & Operational Systems</div><div>Location: Dbayeh, Lebanon — Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time</div><div>We build custom business software for companies across construction, manufacturing, and professional services. Our team develops operational systems that businesses rely on every day — job management platforms, workflow systems, quoting and invoicing tools, scheduling platforms, inventory management systems, and other internal applications tailored to each client's unique processes.</div><div>We're looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Developer with proven experience building complex internal business systems or SaaS platforms with sophisticated backend architecture. This role is hands-on and suited for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems through scalable software solutions.</div><div>This is not a role for developers focused primarily on marketing websites, simple dashboards, or consumer-facing applications. We specifically want someone who has built systems used in real business operations — platforms where reliability, scalability, usability, and workflow complexity matter.</div><div>This is a hybrid position based out of our office in Dbayeh, Lebanon, combining on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.</div><div>About the Role</div><div>Projects typically involve replacing spreadsheets, disconnected SaaS tools, and manual processes with custom-built software platforms that streamline business workflows and improve operational efficiency.</div><div>The role is highly hands-on while also providing technical leadership and direction to junior and intermediate developers within the team.</div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div> Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications</div><div> Build custom internal tools and operational platforms tailored to client workflows</div><div> Develop systems related to job management, scheduling, dispatch, workflow automation, quoting, invoicing, project management, inventory, and financial processes</div><div> Integrate third-party services and APIs including AI tools, CRM, ERP, accounting, and communication platforms</div><div> Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions</div><div> Provide technical guidance and support to junior/intermediate developers</div><div> Contribute to architecture, performance optimisation, and system design decisions</div><div> Maintain high standards for UI/UX and visual usability across applications</div><div> Participate in technical assessments and solution planning</div><div>Required Skills & Experience</div><div> 3+ years of Full Stack Development experience</div><div> Proven experience building internal business systems, ERP/workflow platforms, operational management systems, or SaaS products with complex backend architecture</div><div> Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world production systems with active users</div><div> Experience working on multi-user, business-critical applications</div><div> Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL</div><div> Experience using Claude Code</div><div> Experience integrating third-party APIs and services</div><div> Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimisation, automation workflows, and scalable application design</div><div> Good eye for design and UI/UX usability</div><div> Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</div><div> Ability to work collaboratively within a distributed development team</div><div> Comfortable taking ownership of technical decisions and outcomes</div><div>Nice to Have</div><div> Familiarity with AWS and DevOps practices</div><div> Experience with Supabase, Railway, Vercel, or similar modern Backend-as-a-Service platforms</div><div> Drizzle ORM or other TypeScript-first ORMs</div><div> Microsoft Entra ID / SSO integrations</div><div> React Native / Expo mobile development experience</div><div> Exposure to AI integrations and automation tools</div><div>How to Apply</div><div>Interested candidates should send their CV to hiring.pj.tech@gmail.com.</div>
